we waited again when we got back then got seated at a table for 6 waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come by the little side room we were in then waited another 20 minutes for a drink and to order. had an 8 o’clock reservation at lotus, showed up at 8 was asked to come back in 15 minutes, not please wait while we get your table ready but come back. fortunately i was smart enough to get him to text me the amount he was going to credit to my room so i had something to show as proof or im sure the credit never would have happened. My host never got back to my until 12:30 to say it was ok. then he never added it to our room we were checking out at 8am and had to wait until almost 11am before we could get someone to make the decision to add the credit to my room charge. my host was going to cover my wife’s spa visit and i had to argue about that with him. i spend $6000 while im there and pay for parking too. i was charged $30 to park my car at your casino for two days.
My host never followed through with what he said he was going to do. the bartender at the Mexican restaurant was the only exception to that he was very nice and good at his job. Lets see everyone that we came in contact with that was part of the casino or hotel staff all had the same i don’t give a CRAP attitude.
